By using Fabricura's services, you agree to these terms. We guarantee to treat your garments with the utmost care, utilizing industry-standard processes suitable for each fabric type.
We strive to adhere to scheduled timings. However, unforeseen traffic or weather conditions may cause delays. Failed pickup/delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may incur a fee.
While we exercise extreme caution, Fabricura is not liable for damage resulting from inherent garment defects, color bleeding from non-fast dyes, or normal wear and tear. Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of that item.
All prices are inclusive of GST at 18%. We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned items.
