If you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning quality, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will re-clean the item free of charge.
Refunds for cancelled orders (before processing has begun) will be initiated within 48 hours and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In the rare event of a lost or irreparably damaged item, compensation will be provided in accordance with our Terms of Service (limited to 10x the cleaning cost).
